The World’s Smallest 3D Printer is just 41mm Tall

3D printing technology has a wide range of applications in a large variety of fields. There are applications in firearms, the medical industry, automotive, aerospace, civil engineering, and a lot more. Most 3D printers are relatively large in size.

Ender 2 Pro, the best 3D printer, has dimensions 421 x 383 x 465mm (16.6 x 15 x 18.3 inches) and weighs 4.5kg (10 pounds).

Now a YouTuber named My N Mi has designed the smallest 3D printer in the world

The printer measures 18x31x41mm (0.7 x 1.2 x 1.6 inches) and weighs only 17g (0.03 pounds). It is almost as tall as a matchstick and as wide as an SD card adapter (per My N Mi’s own comparisons). By looking at its size, one might think, how can something so small print? But it does work…watch this video:

In the above video, you can see the Printer outputting a tiny, translucent green model of a robot. Although it is so small, it works like a usual 3D printer. But because of such a small size, the material needed for printing is added with a needle.
