Inside Look at Ferrari’s FXX K: The $2.9 Million Beast Only Deliverable to Race Tracks

By: | February 19th, 2015

If you have the money to splurge on Ferrari’s new $2.9 million FXX K, there will be one place and one place only you get to drive your new vehicle…a race track.

That’s right. Ferrari literally holds your FXX K at its factory until you get the itch to whip around a race track, and then the company delivers the Formula 1 car to the track of your choice.

In the video below, 27-year-old F1 star Sebastian Vettel was afforded the opportunity to test the FXX K at the Fiorano test track in Maranello, Ferrari’s private track.

Vettel recently ditched Red Bull to join the Ferrari Formula 1 team, a move that will prove to be either the right or wrong choice come the start of the 2015 Australian Grand Prix season on March 14.

One thing is for sure… I would sign with Ferrari every day of the week and twice on Sunday if it meant I could drive the FXX K whenever I felt up to the task.
