Water gadgets and simple technology built for the water seem to be at an all-time high right now.

As a fan of all cool and fun things on the water, I for one am not complaining.

The latest aquatic rideable if you will, comes in the form of an electric, jet-powered wakeboard that looks too good to be true.

Except, it’s 100% real!

The device, called the Wakejet Cruise from Swedish company Radinn is already available for pre-order if you are interested in cruising around on one of these puppies.

It is expected to be ready for delivery to customers by September of this year, and Radinn says it combines “the agility and speed of wakeboarding with the freedom of surfing.”

Essentially, Wakejet Cruise allows you to motor around on open bodies of water without the need for any wind or waves whatsoever… Pretty sweet.

The top speed of the electric wakeboard is around 28 mph, and it claims to hold its charge at full-throttle for approximately 30 minutes, before needing about an hour to recharge.
