Could This Invention Solve a Major Problem with Public Bathrooms?

Public restrooms — two words that immediately send shivers up your spine. Is it that mystery liquid on the floor or the un-flushed toilets that make you feel like you’re the star of a really bad horror movie?

You can’t wait to wash your hands and get out of there but then you have to contend with another one of the major issues with public bathrooms: touching the sink and towel dispenser thousands of strangers have touched before you.

A new invention called the Robo-Washer wants to bring a little more cleanliness to public bathrooms and is being likened to a car wash for your hands. High pressure jets spray your hands 360-degrees, accompanied by a blast of air to dry your hands shortly after.

The best part about the Robo-Washer is you simply place your hands inside the product and it goes to work. No more touching dirty faucets!

Moreover, the Robo-Washer is considered to conserve water, only pumping out enough to wash your hands. Since hand washing takes place inside of the product, there is no splashing or run-off of water.

To me, the Robo-Washer resembles a dog’s silver food bowl but I’m all for making public bathrooms better and more cleanly places!
