11) Improve urban infrastructure – we have written articles on IndustryTap about smart grids and solar powered networks. In order to meet expanding energy needs of a growing human population as energy grids across the world are in need of repair or replacement, only a combination of new technologies and significant investment will get the job done. As up to 70% of energy is consumed in cities, urban infrastructure upgrades will be critical.
