This adventurous home is definitely not for the faint hearted. Embedded into a cliffside, this home is aptly named ‘Casa Brutale’ which literally means brutal house because it looks totally brutal.
Straight out of a James Bond movie, Casa Brutale looks like a villain’s den. This conceptual house is designed by Open Platform for Architecture (OPA).
The house overlooks the Aegean Sea and is fully built into the side of a cliff off the coast of Tuscany, Italy. Because of its unique location, the home’s massive glass window provides an unobstructed view of the ocean.
Casa Brutale has a roof-mounted swimming pool that can be viewed from inside the house since the pool acts as a translucent ceiling.
This house can be accessed through fifty stairs that descend into the house. There are no fences around the house that blends perfectly with the surrounding environment. It’s almost invisible from outside.
