The scalable system is composed of reinforced concrete modules. The different modules of the home, or ‘Gomo,’ leave the factory completely ready with all the interior and exterior finishes, insulation, water and electricity, window frames, and even the fixed furniture pieces. The modules are unloaded from the truck and put together on-site for an instant house.

The first such house was built in Arouca, Portugal with the help of more than 20 companies that had different roles in the construction process. Architect Samuel Gonçalves was in-charge of the entire project.
