Innovative Wrench Uses Camera Lens-Like Design to Fit the Nut You’re Using

By: | August 27th, 2015

Some items, such as the wrench, haven’t seen much innovation over the years mostly due to the fact that traditional wrenches still get the job done.

However, that doesn’t mean a new design can’t come along and change the way we use a wrench for the better.

Seattle designer Jordan Steranka has come up with an innovative idea that incorporates a camera-lens like design in order to fasten onto a nut.

Essentially, the six-sided hole can easily be made smaller or larger depending on what you’re working with, and the design of the wrench helps you to see what you are doing.

It’s better looking than your everyday wrench and reduces the number of wrenches you need overall, but it’s also more expensive.

Hey, that’s what tradeoffs are all about.
