Indestructible Hockey Puck Part 2: Facing the Never-Ending Fire Burn of Thermite

First of all, please don’t ever try this no matter how many hockey pucks you have at your disposal.

Thermite, a pyrotechnic composition of metal powder fuel and metal oxide, which essentially burns endlessly, is nothing to mess around with.

Earlier this week, I wrote an article covering the indestructible hockey puck that has been making the rounds on the internet after surviving liquid nitrogen and a red hot nickel ball.

I won’t spoil how the hockey puck fares against thermite but I will say this:

In the event of a doomsday scenario, I am going to load up on hockey puck material because this stuff is tough!
