FPV Feed From The 2017 Drone Racing League Season Is Utterly Insane

By: | February 18th, 2017

DRL, or the Drone Racing League, is the first professional race series for FPV drone racing.

Pilots utilize video goggles in collaboration with a camera onboard the drone to get a first-person-view of what’s going on as the craft is zooming around.

As you’ll see in the footage, the entire race seems like pure frenzied madness with no rhyme or reason, but it is rather interesting to watch.

How the pilots even manage to effortlessly navigate the course beats me…

The Drone Racing League brings the world’s best pilots together to fly the “DRL Racer 2” quadcopters head-to-head through new exciting neon-lit race courses. Drone Racing is the sport of the future, and you can find all of the full races, crashes, and competition on www.thedroneracingleague.com or at youtube.com/c/thedroneracingleague.
