Cough Up $13,000 to Brew Up a Cup of Tea in 60 Seconds

We all know the telltale whistle of a kettle ready to brew the perfect cup of tea. Waiting for the water to reach the optimal temperature seems to take forever, though.

Bkon’s Craft Brewer cuts your wait time. It performs several vacuum infusions in order to produce the perfect cup of tea in 60 seconds.

How It Works:

Air is drawn out of the tea’s brewing chamber allowing the leaves to quickly release flavorful gases and particles into the water. The machine can perform many vacuum infusions in one minute and timing and cycles can be changed based on what beverage you are making.

Bkon claims its products are effective at brewing coffee and making infused cocktails. However, it is worth noting the Craft Brewer was designed specifically for getting the most out of tea leaves to brew the perfect cup of tea.

Instead of waiting for your kettle to whistle, you’ll have to wait in line. Priced at $13,000, the Craft Brewer isn’t a machine you’ll find in your local store’s kitchen appliance aisle.

Starbucks is currently testing out the Craft Brewer. If all goes well, you’ll probably find more of Bkon’s latest machines entering the restaurant industry to brew up a relaxing cup of tea faster than you can sing, “I’m a little teapot.”
