Researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology have developed a new generation of microscopic robots that can be 3D-printed and steered using magnetic fields—opening the door to breakthroughs in medicine, manufacturing, and beyond.

A New Frontier in Micro-Robotics

In a significant step forward, engineers have created tiny robots small enough to move through confined environments, yet powerful enough to perform precise tasks.
