If this is the future of aviation footage, then I’m pretty excited.

The video below gives you a 360° view from inside the Heritage Flight Museum’s P-51D Mustang “VAL-HALLA” piloted by Greg “B.A.” Anders at the 2015 Abbotsford International Air Show.

Anders is actually in close formation with Maj John “Taboo” Cummings piloting the Air Combat Command’s F-22 Raptor throughout the flight.

Assuming your browser is compatible, you can actually use your mouse to maneuver around the 360-degree field of view of the spherical video for different perspectives.

Does this make you want to fly a P-51D Mustang?
