Das Breakroom opened in Boise, Idaho, on April 15, 2014, and is perhaps the coolest and oddest business idea I have seen this year.

The company literally revolves around the idea of “recreational destruction” where they provide the room, safety attire, and pretty much anything you would want to smash as a customer.

The best part about Das Breakroom is that you can start smashing stuff like vacuums, printers, and computer monitors for as little as $7 a visit.

For people looking to let off steam after a long day or those who are simply feeling the stresses of life, Das Breakroom provides a unique escape through safe destruction.

In an interview with Boise Channel 2, customer Lindsey Shultz said, “I was having a horrible week, I was pacing back and forth in tears, and I walked over here and I broke an entire box full of stuff and 10 minutes later I felt fine.”
