Smart Shoes + Google Maps = Navigational Footwear!

Oh, the places you’ll go with those feet. But sometimes you get off the beaten path and have no idea where your feet have taken you.

Indian startup company Ducere Technologies Pvt has developed a product called Lechal smart shoes. The shoes integrate with Google Maps in order to make sure you never have to worry about getting lost again!

The Bluetooth-enabled smart shoes literally buzz on your feet in order to point you in the right direction based on the destination you provide. Right now, the Lechal shoes are available in two colors, red or black, for around $100 to $150 depending on whether you buy them in store or online.

The coolest part about the product is the fact that you don’t necessarily have to buy the shoes to reap the benefits of the technology. The vibrating smart soles are available for purchase seperately and Ducere claims they fit in most shoes on the market.
