Every two years, the Tokyo Motor Show rolls around, which features Japanese carmakers attempting to separate themselves from the competition with innovative designs.

This year is certainly no different, with Nissan showing off the company’s Teatro for Dayz Concept, which is a vehicle that “can transform according to your whim.”

Nissan calls Teatro for Dayz the “first car designed specifically for the generation known as ‘digital natives,’ or “share natives.”

“Conventional knobs and switches would limit display arrangement and expression,” says Nissan, so as you can see in the images below, the car is pretty much completely outfitted in touchscreen/display surfaces.

The colorful theme isn’t simply limited to the interior, however, as LED panels on the exterior show numerous different things, including the car’s battery status.
