Part yacht, part private island, Kokomo Ailand is a floating, semi-submersed vessel that is about as luxurious as a yacht can get, if you want to label it a yacht.
The “private floating habitat” comes equipped with multiple decks and amenities, a sky-high penthouse suite, and a beach club.
Migaloo Private Submarines, who designed the floating boat-island, claim it can be built immediately with existing technology and that “the price depends strongly on the client’s wishes.”
Sounds like I’m just going to bookmark this for later after I save up a little money.
