It’s been a bad past few weeks for IKEA, to say the least.

After recalling roughly 29 million dressers responsible for fatal accidents involving three children, IKEA is now recalling 80,000 “Patrull” safety gates that have injured children due to the locking mechanism opening unexpectedly.

All in all, IKEA has received 55 incident reports, from cuts and bruises to concussions.

If you happen to have bought one of IKEA’s dumb safety gates, the company is offering full refunds to its customers.
