A 26 year-old Chinese prop maker named Li Weilei has turned his love for Batman into a lucrative business, claiming to have built more than a dozen replica Batmobiles!

A police office in Shanghai recently came across Li working on a replica of Batman’s Tumbler Batmobile from “The Dark Knight Rises,” which can be seen in the pictures below.

The Tumbler reportedly cost Li and his buddies approximately 70,000 yuan ($11,000), 10 tons of scrap metal, and took about two months to construct.

The Batmobile replicas are not functioning models, meaning they do not come equipped with an engine, but they do have a steering wheel and driver’s seat in the event you want to climb in and imagine what it would be like to cruise around like Batman.

The Tumbler replica is said to be bringing in a generous $10,000 to $11,000 a month in revenue thanks to the high demand from local businesses and people renting the model vehicle for $1,600 per day.

Here is the real Tumbler at the European premiere of “The Dark Knight.”
